Pricing and Contract Agreement
STORE HOURS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
Store Hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday and Saturday: 10am-3pm
Sometimes we are in the shop until 7pm.
Please call ahead to request after hours appointments.
AFTER HOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
We price pieces once we inspect after arrival. We never give prices by looking at a picture. We must inspect the items firsthand and then price.
The better we do for you and the customers, the better our store does too!
We earn 50% of the selling price. If the piece is a sofa or chair, we ask that you bring in a cushion for preapproving.
Normally there may be a 1 to 2 week waiting period on warehouse space, once we approve pieces. Please do not just stop by the store with furniture. We are glad to work with you and help to make things simple, as furniture is very heavy and takes up a great deal of floor space.
Please call before before bringing in approved items. We will have to work with your movers on where the pieces will land, either in our warehouse or maybe we could fit on our floor immediately, if it is just one piece.
Each piece must have a small sticky note with your name. This is for us to know for sure who the piece belongs to when it is ready for a tag. It is very important to send an inventory list of every piece you send. Any information you can give us will only help in our pricing. Please let us know how old the piece is and how much you paid for the piece. Just guess if you do not remember exactly.
